Some of these game sites are more dated than others, but all are game-related!

Cribbage Forum. Michael Schell is the author of this site, and he has quite the resume. Check it out for significant cribbage-related material. This is the site that I got the theory for Hand Evaluator from.
Hal's Cribbage. A very strong cribbage program that is billed as a "Game Improvement System."
Pagat. This site has seemingly been around forever. It has rules for almost every imaginable card game.
Dream Quest Software. These guys make several traditional card games (spades, hearts, rummy, 500, cribbage). The games are well done and an above average challenge.
